Healing Begins with Expertise. Care Comes to You.

At 24Hr Advanced Wound Care MDs, we help patients with chronic and non-healing wounds regain comfort, mobility, and confidence through physician-led treatments that promote faster recovery, available in our clinics or delivered directly to your home.

Chronic wounds, whether from diabetes, poor circulation, surgery, or prolonged pressure can cause pain, limit daily activities, and increase the risk of infection or hospitalization.

We’ve treated patients who were bedridden, unable to move freely, or burdened by slow-healing wounds that disrupted their lives. Healing shouldn’t feel uncertain or isolating, and with us, it won’t.

Is Your Wound Eligible for Advanced Treatment?

While our advanced wound care treatments are designed to promote faster healing and prevent complications, not every wound qualifies for these therapies. Certain medical conditions, wound types, or stages of healing may determine eligibility.

To find out if your wound can benefit from our specialized care, please review the general guidelines below, or submit a referral form, and our clinical team will contact you for a personalized assessment.

Wounds That May Qualify

  • The wound has not healed within 28 days, classifying it as chronic (must be documented from the start).

  • The wound shows less than 50% improvement in size or closure during that 28-day period.

  • The wound measures greater than 1 square centimeter in size.

  • The wound is non-infected or infection is under control through appropriate treatment.

  • The patient has adequate blood flow to support healing (may require vascular assessment).

  • The wound is caused by or related to diabetes, pressure, venous insufficiency, arterial disease, or surgery.

Situations We Can’t Treat

While we strive to help as many patients as possible, certain medical conditions and circumstances make advanced wound care treatments inappropriate or unsafe.

We are unable to treat:

  • Patients undergoing active cancer treatment

  • Patients currently receiving hospice or end-of-life care

  • Arterial wounds without a documented vascular work-up or clearance

  • Patients diagnosed with osteomyelitis (bone infection)

  • Tunneled wounds without a clearly defined endpoint
